The British spearfishing championship is a fiercely contested title each year. The champion is calculated by taking your best three scores out of four competitions. In this video I break down the double header competition I dived in Cornwall & Devon. What I did wrong, what I did right and strategy. I hope you can learn something from my mistakes and become a better diver. All the fish in the competition are donated to the needy.
