Popular Vehicles IPO: Valuations Cheaper Than Landmark | Business News

Popular Vehicles IPO opens for subscription on March 12. The price band is fixed at Rs 280-295. The issue size is around Rs 602 crore of which Rs 250 crore is fresh issue which will be used for debt repayment. The company operates in four segment dealerships – passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, electric three-wheelers and two-wheelers. Landmark trades at a FY24 price-to-earnings of 49x, while Popular is coming at a valuation of 26x.
