In today’s video I have a hunter build for you that DOESN’T use Combination Blow and is arguably more fun and engaging than the widely used Punch Hunter ever could be! The main focus of today’s build is the Gunpowder Gamble Grenade and the Threaded Spike Melee, where using one fuels the other, and vice versa. We will also be taking advantage of Exotic Class Items in this build, and while I know that for some this is a turn-off, I’ve made sure to provide several rolls that accomplish similar synergies. Mainly though, you will need at least a class item with Spirit of Caliban, since this will basically allow a single throw of our Threaded Spike to fully charge our Gunpowder Gamble, and if caught, will almost always give 75%+ of our melee energy back. This build is also very solid in high-level content since I stress tested it in the brand new Liminality Grandmaster Nightfall as well as in an Expert Lost Sector and general play.
