What do you do with bread going stale? Make it into bread pudding of course!! Cook with Stephanie and me (Mainly Stephanie lol) to turn this bread into a classic delicious Puerto Rican dessert 😋😋😋 ingredients and instructions below ⬇️ 1 cup sugar Splash of water 1 can condense milk 1 can evaporated milk 1 cup whole milk (we used cashew milk) 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 dash ground cinnamon 4 eggs 1 or 2 packs of raisins 8/9 slices of bread Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Stir sugar and water in pot on low med heat, continuously stir 2. Mix in bowl condensed milk, evaporated milk, 1 cup milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and eggs 3. Add raisins 4. Tear or cut bread slices into smaller pieces and continue to mix well to combined 5. Pour caramel into bottom 9” pan and spread evenly 6. Pour mixture into the pan, place inside a bigger pan filled with water 7. Bake in oven for 45 min - an hour. When toothpick comes out clean, it’s finished 8. Let cool for at least 30 mins 9.
