The times we are living in are of no comparison to anything most of us can compare in our memory or recent history. It is more important than ever that we take the time to prepare our bodies and minds to rise in awareness. We are only just beginning to understand the living nature of reality, and rising into a higher dimension of being. Knowing the nature of food, we can use it to become healthy and powerful, or weak and stiff... It is up to us to choose. In this documentary, we explore all of the ways that food can heal or harm us; may it support all who wish to evolve their relationship with food. This film is not intended to replace medical advice. IMPORTANT NOTE* It seems as though 2 small errors in this video. 1) The human body does produce B12 under certain circumstances but cannot be relied upon, especially in general western cultures with the types of foods that we eat. 2) Spirulina does not contain B12 in the same way that we thought - it contains an imitation B12, similar but not quite the same.
