Gentle stroll along Bird Island in North Carolina reveals a mailbox at the end of the island where people can write about their deepest feelings and share their thoughts. Access to the mailbox, known as the Kindred Spirit Mailbox, can only be made from walking about 2 miles from the end of Sunset Beach.
