Hey y'all! Finally I've started water bath canning to preserve my harvest. I bought my pot and accessories over a year ago and never got to canning at the end of last summer. Honestly, I found the process intimidating, but now that I've done it, it's so easy, but I am still learning. I've still had the dilemma of a broken jar in my batches, so helpful feedback welcome.
