Red velvet cakes is made by combining cocoa powder, buttermilk, white vinegar with some other ingredients that you’ll find out in this video. It is a very decadent cake that can pass as a dessert cake. It can be paired with generous amount of cream cheese frosting, whipped cream or Swiss meringue buttercream. Recipe Butter 100g Sugar 175g Flour 175g Egg 125g Buttermilk 1/4 cup Baking powder 1TSP Powdered food color 1TSP(leveled) Cocoa powder 1TBSP Coffee 1/2TSP Hot water 100g Vanilla flavor 1/2TSP Baking soda 1/2TSP White vinegar 1/2TSP To make buttermilk, measure out 1CUP milk (UHT) and add 1TBSP of white vinegar. Give it a good mix and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes.
