So we quickly made reservations just outside the gate and surprisingly, it all worked out! We were so looking forward to hiking the Bee Hive Trail and it did not disappoint. Is it the scariest hike in Maine? You can decide, but if you're afraid of heights, it's right up there with Angles Landing. Then we made our way from Bar Harbor ME to Littleton Franconia Notch KOA Holiday in New Hampshire and found another great hike just 3 miles from the campground.
