Fish Curry Without Coconut | Pomfret Fish Curry by Archana

A typical fish curry is made with a lot of coconut. Archana shows you how to make fish curry without it. Its a healthier but a much more tasty version. Try it and let us know! Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Oil Finely Chopped Garlic Coriander Leaves Puree of 2 Tomatoes & 1 Onion 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder Juice Of 1 Lime Water Salt Pomfret Fish Method: Take a pan, add some oil, chopped garlic and coriander leaves to it and let it cook. Add some tomato & onion puree to it. Add some red chilli powder to it. Soak a lemon-sized tamrind in water and add it to the mixture Add salt to it. Pour some water to the pan and let it simmer for sometime. Add the pieces pieces of fish to the curry and let it cook for a while. Serve the curry with steamed rice, roti or bread. Love our recipes?
