What is your purpose? The meaning of life

Have you ever stopped to think about your life purpose? It's a big question—but one that I don't think we spend enough time asking. The Japanese have a term for purpose—Ikigai—or "your reason for being." The Stoics use death as a tool to live. The Blue Zones are regions in the world where people live the longest and healthiest—many of them have an "Ikigai". And research shows that people with meaning in their lives are more resilient and live healthier, longer lives as well. Purpose is different for each person and may change over time.
