Besides hypothyroidism, low adrenals, and diabetes, it is common to do with Stress. Our sympathetic nervous system will be triggered when we are stressed. This will cause blood pressure, and heart rate to rise and then the blood vessels will start to constrict. The constriction of vessels will cause cold hands and feet. Dr. Joe will demonstrate the best exercises for cold hands and feet.
