The kit includes a Sew Cool sewing machine that doesn't use thread, a foot pedal, or bobbins. It does use needles, but there is a needle guard to keep kids' hands protected while they sew. There is also an emergency stop button. The Sew Cool sewing machine features a seam alignment and sewing guides. All kids have to do is press a button and move the fabric under the needle. The kit also includes eight sheets of Sew Cool fabric, three Sew Cool pre-cut projects, six pop-out patterns, a Sew Cool strap, 14 pre-cut decorative pieces, eight plastic snap-in buttons, a bag of loose stuffing, and instructions. Kids follow the instructions to sew two pieces of Sew Cool fabric together to create a stuffed character, a handbag, a pencil case, and more. Once stitched, kids can add bows and flowers using the snap-in buttons.
