In this guitar lesson for Pattern 4 Exercise 5, we take the ascending and descending pattern in groups of 3 notes at a time and play them on only 1 string. I offer 3 different ways to pick the pattern from picking every note to adding hammer-ons, pull-offs, and slides. While I mainly focus on how to do this on the high E string, I briefly show how to do this on the other 5 strings as well as give you a "short cut" way of thinking in order to learn and visual it much easier.
