In honor and remembrance of this ‘Decision Day’, I am sharing this part of our trip through Normandy today. It is a feeling that is difficult to put into words when you walk there nowadays and think about what happened there. A deep feeling of both sadness and gratitude towards the heroes of that time who gave us our freedom.
