All my life, I've been a note taker. I carry a notebook with me, and I jot down anything interesting that I hear or see or think. I love it! What I do NOT love, however, is how I handle these notebooks. I have no system for what to do with the notes I collect, so they're effectively lost forever. Well, recently I've been reading about zettelkasten, which is a system for collecting (and CONNECTING) notes so that they can be referenced in the future.
