LUSTY BEG ISLAND RESORT AND SPA. A 75 acre island set in lower lough Erne is pure paradise when the sun shines. so many people visit even only for the day when passing on their boats or by car... it can be a very busy place and I would advise you call ahead.. sometimes the jetties can be full but this is what makes this island buzz so much... Off peak it is quiet and A great get away from city life or even for a change of scenery...they have year round activities although some are weather depending you will find something to do even if it is only the trail around the island or looking out the window and the waves.. if you are lucky enough to see a sunrise or sunset you will be blowen away with the naturel beauty of this place.. The spa is fantastic with great pool facilities hot tubs massages and sea weed baths.. The food is also fantastic and the staff friendly and very welcoming. the island is located aprox 25 miles from the town of Enniskillen and about the same from Omagh in county Tyrone.
