Today I am sharing a special recipe of Mahalaxmi special Sindhi Satpura. These mouth-watering Satpuras are very crispy and crunchy. You will just love to have these. Ingredients: 1. All-purpose flour 1 and 1/2 cup. 2. Oil 3. Powdered sugar. 4. Salt 1 pinch. 5. Pistachio flakes. 6. Cardamom powder. Method 1. Take all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl, add salt to it and knead dough just as of chapatis. 2. Cover it and give it rest for at least 15 minutes. 3. Meanwhile make a paste by adding 3 tsp of all-purpose flour to 3 tbsp of oil. 4. After 15 minutes massage the dough to make it soft and smooth. 5. Make 5 balls of the dough and flat them and roll them into thin chapatis. 6. Apply the paste on the rolled chapatis and put one on the other. 7. Cut strips of about one-inch wdith and fold them. 8. Now roll them and fry them in hot oil on the medium flame as shown in the video. 9. Now garnish them with cardamom powder, powdered sugar and pistachio flakes.
