Join me as I do a quick walk about around the property and show you what I've been up to and what's going on in the garden beds. What a huge harvest of zucchini that I've been blessed with. I'm looking forward to making some sweet and zesty zucchini relish. It's possible that I may buy some tomatoes this week and use 1/2 the zucchini's to make salsa as well. I certainly have enough zucchini for a smaller batch of both. I was able to create another no dig garden bed on the east side of the property.
