A fun part of doing these as live single takes is having to take errors in stride. Somewhere in the third minute mark I accidentally deleted a part I'd just recorded on the Blackbox, luckily was able to get it back without too much of a fuss. Part of an ongoing series of improvised performances with guitar and effects by High Street Ghosts using a portable set up. For the curious, the signal chain from the guitar is a pedalboard (two gain stages, currently Benson Preamp and Hudson Broadcast, EHX Freeze, Boredbrain Transmutron with MTL Assemby CT5, EQD Night Wire, and Jam Delay Llama Deluxe on a crossfade loop, into a Poly Beebo for the looper and cab IR) to the mixer, with 1010 Blackbox and Eventide H9 on aux sends. --- Steve Hamann makes music as High Street Ghosts (music for guitar and effects), Signal Hangup (music for drones and noises), and S Hamann (music for synthesizers).
