After playing a good amount of the games I think my top 5 favorite smt games are pretty set in stone. I personally greatly value story over gameplay for my taste in games so the list may have some picks that many may overlook at first due to their age or how different they are gameplay wise. If you’re anything like me and can look past some change, you’ll have a fantastic time with these titles. This list will cover all mainline games like 1 through 5 as well as the spin offs, like Digital Devil Saga, and Devil Survivor, but it will be limited to 1 game per series, so no repeats of Devil Survivor 1 and 2, or Digital Devil Saga 1 and 2, I will have to choose one. This list will not cover Persona as that is another video I have planned in the future and demands more in depth discussion.
