CHEAP gimbal for Sony a6400 with Sigma 16mm 1.4 and it’s not the Zhiyun Crane M3!

Sigma 16mm F1.4 lens balancing with the Feiyutech g6 max With the release of the sigma 16mm f/1.4 lens, people have started wondering how to balance this lens with a small and cheap gimbal. This video will give you some basic guidelines on how to achieve that and make it work! How to mount your camera on a small gimbal, the Feiyutech g6 max When mounting your camera on a stabilizer or gimbal, here the Feiyutech g6 max, you need to take into account both weight and balance of camera vs stabilizer. Most manufacturers will include instructions for mounting their cameras (Sony, Panasonic, Black Magic, Red), so you should refer to these first. If these do not help or if you are using a different brand / model check out the tuto section of the video that goes through all kinds of mounting options for the Sony a6400 mounted with the Sigma 16mm f/1.4 as well as details on how much weights can be used (in oz). This helps tremendously when it comes time to choosing a camera/lens combo to mount on your arm. You also have to decide what works best for you in terms of balance and feel while shooting. What are the best features of the Feiyutech g6 max? It is lightweight, super easy to use and it's low cost – which means anyone can afford it! The application has potential for many fields such as photography, vlogging, bird watching and more; at such a low price I think everyone should own one. We're currently working on improvements to make it even better in terms of performance and we hope that soon it will be featured on even more productions than before! How does it perform when using the Sigma 16mm lens? The Feiyutech g6 max is compatible with a range of other camera equipment, such as DSLRs and compact cameras. And while it is well suited for mobile phones, especially those that have optical image stabilization (OIS), it also provides support for larger lenses through a host of adapters which slot into place in front of your phone or camcorder to make it fit firmly within place on top of the Osmo's handle. I attached my Sony a6400, along with Sigma's impressive new 16mm f/1.4 lens and its APS-C equivalent 28mm focal length gives some beautiful results when capturing landscapes and distant subjects, wide open or stopped down to f/5.6 or even f/8. Common concerns about using such a wide lens on a camera stabilizer 1. that it might make it really difficult to hold such a heavy object, so when using a wide lens, you should have a light camera setup (that can go as far as possible), so that not much effort is needed to keep stable images in hand; 2. Stabilizers work better with lighter setups, but since sigma's f/1.4 primes are really heavy for their focal length, using them on a stabilizer might be problematic because of their weight and will affect stabilities; 3. Things you need to know when using this set up Don’t use a L-bracket: While using a dslr camera on a tripod is pretty simple, these days, due to its light weight and mirrorless technology, it makes sense to be able to shoot hand held as well. The cameras are becoming smaller and smaller so why not take advantage of that when shooting video especially if you don’t have anyone holding it for you? Make sure your camera can focus properly: The good news about shooting video or stills on today’s cameras is that most of them do have autofocus but you need to make sure that it will work correctly when handholding your camera/lens combo when there is no stabilizing device attached. 📍Chapters 0:00 The Sigma 16mm is pure GOLD 0:52 Balancing the Sigma 16mm on the gimbal 5:39 Final thoughts
