In this journal entry for #SepTandy2024 I'll fix my TRS-80 Pocket Computer Printer Interface. It stopped working because the built-in NiCad batteries shorted. Without them, even a 2.5 amp power supply isn't strong enough to run the printer, The battery pack must act like a capacitor. Instead of buying a replacement pack, I created my own using a battery holder that I cut to fit.
