Nex Melee DPS Guide: Duo/Trio Setup and Walkthrough [Runescape 2015]

How to Nex for beginners to the DPS role. Spawn: Start at the Fumus Minion (NW of the room) Equip shield, use Resonance, Preparation and Escape while targeting Fumus. Smoke Phase: Anticipation before attacking Nex, build up adrenaline. Surge out of the middle when Nex calls "there is..." Finish Nex's smoke phase off and use Berzerk on Fumus, Dismember and Fury to kill him. Shadow Phase: Use Assault while under the effects of Berzerk. After Assault, run 2 steps away from Nex before using another ability to avoid bleed effects. Blood Phase: Kill Umbra next, building adrenaline then tag Nex. Use Assault, Blood Tendrils during the last hit of the ability, then Destroy. Escape away if Nex demands you as a blood sacrifice. Ice Phase: Berzerk on Cruor, run to within melee distance of Nex and use Assault after the ice prison. Finish off the phase using basics and a Destroy. Zaros Phase: Switch to range gear, build adrenaline on the minion to use Death's Swiftness. After the minion is dead use your ultimate and an adrenaline potion and unleash all of your range thresholds within the Death's Swiftness. Build up adrenaline to use Rejuvenate or Ice Asylum after the kill.
