Oatchi can't charge into the wall to get it down, and converting all 7 pikmin into yellows or winged will cause an extinction. Thus causing an 8th pikmin to spawn, ruining the run. The nectar was placed at the top of the slope and is not too precise. The same can't be said for the throw to get the purple up to drink the nectar. Dismissing the pikmin also seems quite precise to keep the pikmin up there.
