Mythic Legions Skeleton Soldier Builder Review By Four Horsemen Studios

The Skeleton Soldier builder is a great figure to army build in your collection. While the price is higher than a normal legion builder, the body and accessories makes up for it. The extra male torso lets you swap between different styles of Skeleton soldier, from a female, with or without helmet, or a male version. The horns on the helmet fit 1.0 helmet accessories also, so if you got any extra spare parts, you can even add more to the customization. Skeleton figures in Mythic legions have always been thinner than the usual bulky knight figures, and in 2.0 we got more smaller bodies. The skeleton soldier is one of the most thin figures released, and in my opinion, they feel a bit fragile. They don't feel cheap by any means, i'm just used to the thick bodies and joints. The paint is a small step above normal legion builders, we get a lot of scratches, washes, and large stains all over the figure and weapons. I still have to think that separating the figures into male and female would have been a better decision, but honestly i think i just want more skeletal figures. Overall great figure, tons of accessories, above average paint job compared to other legion builders, and a great skeletal sculpt.
