Thanks! 😃 Ingredients 2 cups mock chicken meat (soak if dried) 3 Tbs flour + 1 Tbs cornflour for batter + pinch salt for batter 2 Garlic chopped 1 onion chopped 2 pcs dried chili 1 pc green chili 3 stalks cilantro + 1 pcs green onion chopped For sauce 1 Tbs light soy sauce 1 Tbs dark soy sauce 1 Tbs vege oyster sauce 1 Tbs tomato sauce 1 Tbs vinegar 1 Tbs sugar 1/2 cup water 1 tsp cornflour + water for slurry salt to taste Preparation 1. Soak and drain the mock meat. 2. Add flour to make batter and batter the mock meat 3. Deep fry until crispy and brown, set aside 4. Heat 3 Tbs oil and fry the garlic and onion, then add the red and green chili 5. Add the sauce , bring to boil and then thicken with conflour slurry 6. Add in the coriander and green onion and turn off flame
