Today I’m reviewing this book: WRECK THIS JOURNAL by Keri Smith. It’s a journal that you are meant to fill up. On each page there is an instruction to follow on how to wreck it and mess it up. What I like about it, is that it’s aimed at people of all ages and it really helps you stop being too perfectionist or afraid to make mistakes. It can help you get out of a creative rut and it can help if you struggle with procrastination. By doing this you realize that things that are worn out and messed up can also be beautiful in their own way. It can help you see things differently in your own art work. There are other books like this by the same author and you should really check it out if you’re curious. I hope this video was inspiring.
