Here's a simple recipe for you: Ingredients: 3-4 medium-sized carrots, peeled and grated 1/2 cup vermicelli noodles 1 small onion, finely chopped 3 tablespoons butter or vegetable oil 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth 4 cups water 1 teaspoon ground cumin Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Lemon wedges (for serving) Instructions: Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and grate the carrots using a box grater or a food processor. Finely chop the onion. Chop the fresh parsley for garnishing. Have the vermicelli noodles ready. Saute the Vegetables: In a large pot, melt the butter or heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
