Zuppa Inglese Torta ist der Lieblingskuchen unserer italienischen Großmutter. Die Zusammensetzung der Kuchenbasis und der Creme dauerte Wochen, bis unsere Oma zufrieden war. :) Die „Diplomaten Creme“ oder "Chantilly Crema", wie sie auf Italienisch genannt wird, ist eine Mischung aus Crema Pasticcera und aufgeschlagener Sahne. Deshalb schmeckt der Kuchen sehr cremig und ist gleichzeitig sehr leicht. Zuppa Inglese Torta is our italian grandma's favorite cake. The composition of the cake base and the cream took us weeks until grandma was satisfied. :) The diplomatic cream or "Chantilly Crema" as it is called in Italian is a mixture of crema pasticcera and whipped cream.
