Semi furnished has options depending upon the owner, like they may provide you the apartment with lights,curtains, flooring, painted walls, kitchen with appliances like fridge, microwave oven,dishwasher, gas/electric stove, chimney, bathtub may be. In a furnished option you get everything from furniture to washing machine and dryer. You just need to get your suitcase of clothes with you. Cost of apartment also depends upon the location.
