Welcome to Day 5 of the Hourglass Fit Workout Challenge! Today, we're focusing on upper body strength, targeting your back, chest, shoulders, and arms. This workout is designed to tone and sculpt your upper body for a balanced physique.    • Hourglass Fit Challenge 🔥   Grab your weights and get ready to challenge yourself with effective exercises that will enhance your strength and definition. Perfect for all fitness levels, this session will help you build muscle and improve your overall posture. I will be using 5 to 15 lb dumbbells throughout the exercise. You can start where you are, even water bottles! I adjust the weights according to how the exercise feels, I increase the weights when the previous set feels easy and reduce when it feels hard. You can also do it during the set if you wish!! Progress over perfection.
