As the title says, I got sick and tired of the manager treating some employees bad and with no respect, has no personality with zero people skills. XPO still a good company to work for, I would recommend it to anybody looking to get into LTL. Work/Life balance its not so great since they will expect from you to be long hours, but it also depends a lot on what class terminal you go in. overall, xpo logistics it's not so bad, if i were to rated I'll give it a 3 out of 5 stars.
