30 Minute Dumbbell Only Full Body Workout | Strength Cardio Endurance | Giant Sets | Low Impact

Grab some dumbbells for this full body, endurance focused, low impact, strength workout. If you have it available, grab a set of heavier/moderate dumbbells and a set of moderate/light dumbbells. For resistance reference I am using a pair of 25 and 15lbs, but you and I are different so I want you to find a weight selection that feels challenging to you while keeping really good form. Today's format is giant sets, so we have four exercises at a time. Each giant set will be performed twice. The first round will be only 30 seconds per exercise and the second round will be 60 seconds per exercise. For the 30 second round grab a heavier/moderate set of dumbbells (think 8-10ish rep max) and for the 60 second round drop the weight to something lighter (think 15-20ish rep max). Even though we drop the weight on round two, the exercise will remain challenging and fatiguing as the time and reps are increased. This one is challenging and demanding on the entire body.
