Yes, it can be done. It is done by doing a fat transfer or lipofill. A lipofill is a procedure wherein we take fat using liposuction from inner areas of the thighs, inner thigh or outer thigh, wherever you have more fat to donate and inject it. It increases the size from mild to moderate size. In this procedure one cannot expect a massive increase in size, however it can give you a nice fullness. It will give you a good feel and it will appear much bigger than before. However these kind of lipofill transfer may need to be repeated for 2 or 3 times because of the inherent process itself it is difficult to predict the fat graft. Sometimes what amount we fill is not the amount we see. If that is the case we can go back for a second procedure.
