Welcome to my channel folks, Today I'll show you how I overwinter my chilli pepper plants. Overwintering chilli plants is very easy if you have space indoors to keep them safe until spring. They need to be heavily pruned in order to survive, this is very important. Do make sure though that the chilli plants are kept away from frost. I would recommend trying to keep a minimum of 5° Celsius (41° Fahrenheit). You can put a clear plastic bag over the plants to protect further with a few holes punched into it for warmth and aeration. I've been overwintering for the last couple of years now and compared to growing from seed, the overwintered plants always provide me with a huge harvest, a real bumper harvest.
