A tuk tuk driver can be hired for about $20 a day and this will allow you to get a ride anytime, get your errands done and it is a lot cheaper than buying per trip. Some of the diving companies that operate on the island that you may want to consider include: Utila Dive center, Alton’s dive center, Gunter’s ecomarine dive center, and Parrots dive shop Restaurants The two most recommended places are Mango Tango and El Castillo. Other places to eat include Che Pancho, Mario’s Place, Rio coco Cafe and Hot spot Cafe. Breakfast is usually under $5 and you can have a decent lunch/supper for $10-$15.
