I've always loved to write things down, whether a to do list, a mind map, etc. It helps me organize my thoughts. It can improve your relationships with others. 8. Writing provides a moment of stillness, like meditation. 9. Journaling scans for any emotional tension. 10. Journaling can help with mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression. It's such a low cost activity, all that is required is a pen and paper.
