UPDATE: What I did in this video made things better for a short time and then it started doing the same thing. I went back-and-forth with their support person and they said "I have the same griddle, you just have to keep shaking the wires". I sent it back and got my money back. Great concept, great looking griddle. Poor execution and worse support. That's as positive as I can be about that. First of all I love this griddle however new out of the box I had to do a little work to get it functioning properly. My left two burners would show an errf error and then shutdown. I made the tweak mentioned in the video and the griddle seems to be working fine. This is propane gas and I’m NOT a specialist so you do you, but this is how I addressed the ERRF problem. Time to do some cooking!
