I’m levelling up the flavour of all my ingredients with some extra love and attention, namely hard searing the beef first to get a golden crust instead of simmering on the stovetop, before roasting in the oven to finish things off. Low and slow keeps your beef juicy yet fall-apart tender, plus you also get a more even heat source by using the oven.
