Irving, who stays in excellent shape, revealed he comes from a background of physical activity, which started at a young age, and currently, he trains in boxing four times a week. He emphasized the importance of regular exercise and a good diet, equating health to wealth. Further, Irving also revealed how he perceived Veterans Day. While initially, he acknowledged the day, he confessed that his viewpoint changed as he matured. He now sees himself in a different light and believes that his military service does not define him completely, urging the need for veterans to carve out new identities and paths after their service.
