Windows 10 Stuck On Black Screen - Before Login - Easy Fix

If Windows 10 is stuck on Black Screen before login wither on a desktop pc or laptop, this is usually an issue with either the drive or windows startup problems or a combination of both. In this example, the laptop turns on, the Toshiba logo comes on, next Windows 10 logo appears with the spinning round dots then the screen goes black. Afterwards the laptop will just not boot up onto the Windows desktop screen, being stuck on a black screen.
