Several months ago, I bought & tested out a cheap purple flute from Amazon. Thinking a black flute from Ebay would be the same... was WRONG!!! Right out of the box, I was unable to play certain notes on the Ebay flute. I tightened the screws (but not too tight) & the flute still didn't work. I checked on the springs & found my problem. This flute in not built well, so it's temporarily fixed, but if this is your first flute & you actually plan on playing it, save your money for a better flute! DO NOT BUT THE FLUTE FROM EBAY!
