Ingredients 1 cup cake flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup brown sugar 124 g peanut butter 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 egg at room temperature 1/4 cup milk at room temperature 110 g mashed banana 60 g sliced banana Instructions 1.In a mixing bowl, combine together the cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and brown sugar. 2.In another mixing bow, combine together the peanut butter, egg, vegetable oil, milk and mashed banana. 3.Mix the wet and dry ingredients together. 4.Spoon the batter into muffin liners. 5.Top each muffin with banana sliced. 6.Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 20 minutes on 180°C. 7.Let the muffins cool for 5 minutes and enjoy.
