So yeah, this is a bit of a... okay, it's a major departure from other stuff that I've done on this channel, but I happen to think that mental health is sort of important. Should all go well, this will be one of a series of 12 videos. I'm going to try to make one of these videos towards the end of every month. My twitter will have polls when it's almost time for a new release and in that poll you can vote for the theme of the next video. Some of these videos will focus on putting you in a certain state of mind, others will focus on creating a scene around you for you to get lost in. The breathing and tension techniques explained in this video, however, will be important for all of the others. If you guys have suggestions for future installments, let me know.
