I also do some demonstrations of how different waterbased art supplies react to different paper surfaces and then also the various different primed surfaces. I then give my opinion of which I think works best for which art supplies. The surfaces tested are: plain coloring book paper, watercolor paper, a gritty clear gesso surface, a smooth clear gesso surface and a satin glazing fluid primed surface. The supplies tested were Derwent Inktense Pencils, Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens, Derwent Procolour Pencils and Phthalo Blue Watercolor Paint. Well, I hope you enjoyed this video.
