【妈妈食谱】烧肉苦瓜焖豆酱 (此食谱份量:3 – 4人) ✿材料 • 烧肉 500克 • 苦瓜 500 克 • 蒜米 1粒 • 豆酱 1汤匙 • 盐 少许 • 黑酱油 1汤匙 • 生抽 半汤匙 ✿开锅前准备工作 蒜米切碎 备用 烧肉切块 备用 煮沸一锅水加入1茶匙盐,再放入已切块的苦瓜煮五分钟后取出 备用 煮沸的热水一壶 ✿步骤 1. 首先,加适量的油热锅 2. 倒入蒜米翻炒爆香 3. 加入烧肉翻炒均匀 4. 加入一汤匙豆酱翻炒 5. 加入苦瓜翻炒 6. 加入少许盐翻炒 7. 加入适量热水,盖上盖子(水量大约盖过烧肉) 8. 10分钟后,打开盖子稍微翻炒收汁 9. 加入黑酱油和生抽调味,翻炒均匀即可 完成品 谢谢收看 欢迎订阅,按赞, 分享 欲咨询详情&商业洽谈,请联络:[email protected] *转载请注明出处, 只允许非盈利转载* ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Mum’s Recipe] Braised Pork With Bitter Gourd (Suitable for 3 – 4 people) ✿Ingredients • Roasted pork 500g • Bitter gourd 500g • A head of garlic • 1 tablespoon of bean sauce • A pinch of salt • 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce • ½ tablespoon of light soy sauce ✿Pre-preparation Dice garlic Cut roasted pork in smaller pieces Boil a pot of water, add 1 teaspoon of salt & add the diced bitter gourd, cook for 5 mins Boil a kettle of water ✿Steps 1. Firstly, heat the wok with some oil 2. Add in the diced garlic and stir fry 3. Add in the roasted pork and stir fry 4. Add in 1 tablespoon of bean sauce and stir fry 5. Add in bitter gourd and stir fry 6. Add a pinch of salt and stir fry 7. Add hot water and cover the wok (water level just enough to cover the roasted pork) 8. After 10 mins, lift the cover, stir fry the pork to absorb sauce 9.
