Open All Hours Filming Locations (Doncaster) - Then and Now (Series 1)

Filming locations for Series 1 of the classic British sitcom 'Open All Hours'. Open All Hours ranked eighth in the 2004 Britain's Best Sitcom poll, and Series 1 aired in 1976, over 40 years ago now. This video shows the filming locations used in Series 1 around the Doncaster area. I've attempted to locate them as best I can, however where I cannot I have left the scenes in anyway in the hope that someone might recognise them or perhaps remember where filming took place! Locations include Lister Avenue (the shop and Nurse Glady's house), various streets around Balby, Doncaster, several scenes around Elmfield Park as well as streets in the Town Centre. I will be working on Series 2 shortly. Hope you enjoy!
