This Mystic Monk using the Order of the Ascetic subclass uses the power of the mind to lock enemies in place before unleashing the full power of psionics through the fists. This build is able to push and pull enemies in melee range or from a distance and can be in any location in the blink of an eye. I tried going down the route of giant form to increase the melee range of my punches, but I honestly found that skill too expensive for what you get out of it. The mystic class doesn't have proficiency or advantage on concentration saving throws, so war caster feels like its necessary to maintain concentration on the giant form. So i decided to take advantage of the subclasses ability to be a spellblade who uses their fists. A spellpunch, if you will. What do you think of this build?
