It's one of the few areas in Hangzhou's old city where historical charm still lingers. In recent years, leveraging the development of cultural tourism along the Grand Canal, many trendy bars and restaurants have opened along the river, making it a popular destination for leisure and relaxation for local residents on weekends and holidays.
